Tattoo Making = Conquer & leave the Mark


Registration Deadline: 7th January 2020 – 5 p.m.

Time limit: 15 minutes

Venue: Room No.1

Event Timing: 10am to 12pm


Rules and Regulations: –.

  1. Duration of Tattoo making should not exceed more than 15 minutes. Exceeding the time limit will lead to a penalty of disqualification.
  2. 2 members (one who will draw and the other person on whom art will be performed)
  3. The tattoo has to be made without any media help or any kind of help.
  4. A tattoo should be made on the following parts of the body: Face, both hands, neck
  5. Scoring will be done on a 1-10 scale where a parameter such as originality, design, coloring, clarity will be taken into account
  6. Participants are expected to carry all their materials such as sketch pens, brush, paints, water bowls, palettes etc.
  7. A tattoo can be of any type or categories such as horror, traditional, realism and many more as per your knowledge and skill.
  8. External Students (Non – FIIB students) have to bring an ID card with them for proof.
  9. The decision of the judges will be final and unquestionable.
  10. Certification of participation will be provided to all the participants.
  11. In case of any situation not mention above, then the decision taken by coordinators will be final.

Rules and Regulations


1 The Competition is only open to Graduate and Post Graduate students of the Affiliated Colleges or Universities.


2 Participants must report at the venue 15 minutes prior to the event i.e. 9:45 a.m.


3 Certificate of participation will be provided to all the participants.


4 The decision of the coordinator and the judges will be the final and unquestionable.


5 In case of any situation which has not been mentioned above, the decision taken by


the coordinators will be final.


Snap It is an On Campus event (you can later post pictures online too).

Participants can participate/ register both online/offline for it.

Participants registering for Online Photography have to follow the following guidelines:

Participants should post their photographs on our Facebook page (Samavesh FIIB / with any of the above-mentioned themes.

The photographs should be accompanied by a Suitable Caption, moreover, it’s the picture who should do the talking!

Copyright: the copyright in all images submitted to the competition will remain with the owner who will be credited. Each entrant grants to the organizers a license to use their images in relation to the competition and the exhibition if required.

There must not be any watermarks, copyright marks or any text/graphic on the picture.

Please limit your adjustment to minor changes of cropping, sharpening, and contrast. Avoid significant over or under color saturation. Dodging (to brighten shadows) or burning (to darken highlights) is allowed, but the alterations should enable the photographer to closely resemble what you see. Please avoid any extensive manipulation.

Note: Use of any unethical means or Plagiarism should be strictly avoided and such photographs shall be immediately disqualified from the competition. For valuation, the theme and the originality of the photo will also be considered. The decision of the organizers shall be final and binding on all contestants.

Participants of On-Campus / Offline photography, the theme will be “FIIB; SAMAVESH”.

Let me take a Selfie- Along with photography, participants can also take part in the selfie contest.


Selfie stick cannot be used

A background should be plain in color, E.g. Black, Red. But it should be plain colored.

Landscape and portrait both are allowed.

Painted face isn’t allowed.

No Dialogued props should be used.

Mellow drama is allowed.
